River Bend Farm Bed & Breakfast is the ideal venue for gatherings of small families and groups of friends. We encourage groups to rent out all bedrooms and enjoy the entire house including the keeping room and tap room.

• Four rooms are available at $120 per night.
• Rooms are for single or double occupancy and are subject to state and local lodging tax.
• Rates include a served home-made continental breakfast each morning.
• Please note that we require a two-night minimum stay on summer weekends and three nights on selected holiday and special weekends including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Williams College Graduation, Williams Family Days and Columbus Day. Please see our cancellation policy for other information.
• Cash and Checks are accepted.
• Checkout time is by 11 am.
• If you arrive early, you are welcome to relax in the keeping room. If you will be arriving later than 8 pm, please call to make late arrival arrangements.
• Smoking is not permitted in the house.
• We do not accommodate pets, children are O.K.
• All rooms have air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy (back to top)

A receipt, by check, of 50% of the room charge as a deposit will guarantee a reservation. A 14-day cancellation notice prior to your arrival is required. If you cancel with less notice refunds will be made for those nights that we are able to re-rent. A $25 processing fee per accommodation is charged on all cancellations and is deducted from all refunds. Any change in your reservation dates, except for an extension, may be considered a cancellation.
